I Want Candy! ~ Terms of your lollipop order

In stock items will ship in approximately 2 business days.  Some items will be processed and shipped within approximately 5 business days. Orders with specific delivery dates (i.e., upcoming party, departure from your address, wedding date, birth date, etc.) are recommended to contact us to ensure the order can deliver on time.  Orders with event dates will be held to ship closer to the provided date.  You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Our products are all handmade, most items are made to order. 

Items that are in stock ship in approximately 2 business days.  Some items (not in stock) are processed and shipped within approximately 7-10 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders are received in approximately 3-5 business days. International orders are received in approximately 14 business days with First Class Shipping.  Expedited options are available. Shipping options are provided at check out.  For best results, select an express option.  Orders valued over $100 will require a signature.

Food products may not be returned or exchanged 

You may receive store credit or replacements.  Refunds will be issued for items received incorrectly.  Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.

Lollipop care:

Lollipops can last a year if stored less than 70 degrees and less than 40% humidity.  Lollipops are designed for ONE WAY shipping.  Store in low light conditions in original packing for best results.

Given we cannot control environmental conditions at your location, our freshness guarantee is two weeks.
